These terms govern your use of the Tevo Recon service operated by Tevo Ltd ("Tevo", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Service description
Tevo Recon provides data-backed market research reports ("Recon Reports") by aggregating publicly available data from six platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Google Trends, and Google Places. Reports are delivered electronically within the timeframe stated at the time of order.
3. What Tevo Recon is not
Recon Reports are informational tools, not professional advice. They do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Business decisions remain solely your responsibility. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from acting on report findings.
4. Orders and payment
- Pricing is as displayed on our website at the time of order.
- Payment is due before report production begins.
- We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
5. Delivery
Standard Recon Reports are delivered within 3–5 business days. Deep Recon reports may take up to 7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6. Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use your Recon Report for internal business purposes. You may share the report with co-founders, investors, and advisors. Public redistribution or resale is not permitted.
7. Data and privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Research data used in reports is sourced from publicly available platforms and does not include private or proprietary information.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tevo's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Recon Report. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
